Managing Your Notifications

Flavorist allows you to control which notifications you receive so you can stay updated without feeling overwhelmed. You can customize notifications for your account, recipes, and posts directly from the Notifications Settings page.

How to Access Notification Settings

Open the Flavorist app.
Tap your profile icon.
Go to Settings.
Select Notifications.

From here you can enable or disable different types of notifications.

General Notifications

These settings control important account-related notifications.

Receive Notifications

This option allows Flavorist to send you notifications in general.

If disabled, you may not receive updates about activity related to your account.

Email Notifications

Turn this on to receive important messages via email, including:

Login alerts
Password reset requests
Account verification
Important updates

Mobile Notifications

Enable this option to receive push notifications on your phone for:

Login activity
Password recovery
Account verification
App updates

Recipe Notifications

These notifications keep you updated when people interact with your recipes.

You can enable notifications for:

Reactions

Get notified when someone reacts to your recipe.

Comments

Receive a notification when someone comments on your recipe.

Reviews

Be notified when users leave reviews for your recipe.

Appreciations

Get notified when someone shows appreciation for your recipe.

Post Notifications

These notifications alert you when users interact with your posts.
