How to Create a Post

  1. Open the Flavorist app.
  2. Tap the + (Create) button.
  3. The New Creation screen will appear.
  4. Add your content and details.
  5. Tap Share to publish your post.

You can also tap Draft if you want to save your post and finish it later.


Add Photos

You can upload up to 10 photos in a single post.

Examples:

  • Food you cooked
  • Restaurant dishes
  • Street food
  • Cafe drinks
  • Desserts

High-quality photos help other users discover your post more easily.


Add Dish Name

Enter the name of the dish you are sharing.

Examples:

  • Butter Chicken
  • Margherita Pizza
  • Iced Latte
  • Chicken Biryani

This helps people understand what food your post is about.


Write a Caption

Use the caption to describe your food experience.

You can share:

  • Taste of the dish
  • Cooking details
  • Restaurant experience
  • Why you liked the food
  • Recommendations

Captions can be up to 4000 characters.


Rate the Restaurant

If your post is about a restaurant visit, you can rate it.

Steps:

  1. Tap Rate this restaurant
  2. Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars
  3. Tap Done

Ratings help the community discover great places to eat.

Add Location

You can add the restaurant or place where the food was served.

Steps:

  1. Tap Add Location
  2. Search for the restaurant
  3. Select it on the map
  4. Tap Select Location

This allows other users to find the restaurant easily.

Add Hashtags

Hashtags help other food lovers discover your post.

Examples:

  • #food
  • #yummy
  • #pizza
  • #chicken
  • #foodie

You can also use trending tags suggested in the app.

Good hashtags improve the visibility of your post.

Save as Draft

If you're not ready to publish your post, tap Draft.

Drafts allow you to:

  • Continue editing later
  • Add more photos
  • Improve your caption

Share Your Post

When everything is ready:

Tap Share to publish your food post to the community.

Your post will appear in:

  • The Flavorist feed
  • Hashtag search results
  • Your profile

Tip:

Posts with clear food photos, useful captions, and relevant hashtags are more likely to be discovered by other food lovers.
